These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and My Fast Movers (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

4. Moving Cost Calculators & Estimates Disclaimer

All moving cost estimates, box count projections, and rate ranges provided through our interactive tools (including the Free Moving Cost Calculator, State-to-State Moving Calculator, and Packing Box Calculator) are provided for informational and estimation purposes only. Actual final costs may vary based on exact inventory, weight, distance, seasonal surcharges, and specific services requested from third-party moving providers.

5. Third-Party Moving Service Providers

My Fast Movers operates as a digital moving referral service connecting consumers with licensed and insured independent moving companies. We do not directly operate moving trucks or perform physical relocation services. Any contract entered into for moving services is solely between you and the respective independent moving carrier.

6. Business Accounts & Partner Registration

Moving companies registering for business accounts via our business portal agree to provide accurate licensing (DOT/MC numbers), insurance verification, and business information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to maintain required industry licensing or breach our service standards.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. Systematic retrieval of data, scrapers, or other content extraction from the Site to compile directories or databases without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

THE SITE AND CALCULATOR TOOLS ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND OUR REFERRAL SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
